We direct bill your Physiotherapy fees to your private insurance plan! Click for list below
Physiotherapy service costs are covered by:
- Private insurance plans
- Motor vehicle accident insurance
- WSIB insurance
- Veteran’s affairs blue cross insurance plans
Payment by can be made by: cash, cheque, email money transfer or credit card
You do not require a Physician’s referral to attain Physiotherapy services, however, some extended benefit plans may require it for re-imbursement.
Initial Physiotherapy Assessment (includes treatment) $120 – 60 minutes
Physiotherapy treatment fees:
$50 – 20 minutes
$70 – 30 minutes
$105 – 45 minutes
$140 – 60 minutes
Vestibular Rehabilitation Rates:
Initial Vestibular Assessment $120 – $150 time dependent – 60 – 100 minutes.
– Vestibular Rehabilitation is covered under the scope of Physiotherapy for private coverage.
Integrated Lymphatic Drainage Massage rates:
Lymphatic Drainage massage (and Combined Decompressive Therapy):
$115 for 1 hour session
Lymphatic massage and Combined Decompressive Therapy is covered under the scope of Physiotherapy for private coverage.
Compressive devices are covered under the government ADP program and we are official authorizers for this coverage.
Occupational Therapy Assessment (includes treatment)
$130 – 60 minutes
Occupational Therapy Treatment fees:
$65 – 30 minutes
Custom Splinting – time and material dependent, please call for an estimate
Temporary Orthotics – $6.50 – $20 (material dependent)
